How to use the Ajax SpaceControl key fob
Arm, disarm, Night Mode & panic

Got an Ajax SpaceControl key fob? In under two minutes, this Buzz Alarmas tutorial shows what each of the four buttons does and how to read the lights.
The four buttons
- Top left (circle): arm your security system
- Top right (open circle): disarm
- Bottom left (circle within a circle): Night Mode. Only the detectors set up for Night Mode are armed, so you can still move freely in the other areas.
- Bottom right (exclamation mark): panic. It raises a panic alarm and never disarms. Emergencies only.
Reading the lights
- Green lights next to the button: the command was sent
- Green light in the centre: your system carried it out
- Red light in the centre: it wasn't carried out. Check the Ajax app.
Centre-light feedback is available on current fob firmware.
Important
Your key fob controls your real alarm system. Please don't test the panic button: the panic press in this video is a simulation.
